Company Overview:
Elements the Lounge came onto the scene 5 years ago, offering an upscale alternative to the bar scene on the Jersey Shore. Elements was created by childhood friends Vincenzo Rizzo and Matthew Bongiovi, who is the youngest brother of musician Jon Bon Jovi. In only a few short years, Elements has evolved into one of the Jersey Shore's premiere lounges. Within the past year, Elements decided to take another step into its evolution. In the spring of 2008, Elements the Lounge became Elements Steakhouse and Lounge. The move was to take the atmosphere of a New York City Ultra Lounge and bring that feel into the dining room. Elements Steakhouse and Lounge prides itself in offering the highest level of meats offered in the area, including organic, Purland Black Angus beef. Private parties are accommodated for any occasion, with a private room available. If it is nightlife you’re looking for, stay on after dinner and move into the lounge to enjoy one of Elements’ signature martinis. We also offer some of the area’s best DJs for your entertainment. So if you’re looking for a night out with all the excitement of a New York City restaurant and club, then look no further. Elements is a local gem beloved by those in the know…and now your know, too!
What was the motivating factor for the launch of your company?
Elements Steakhouse and Lounge decided to go in this new direction because of a void in the local market. Although you can get a steak at any restaurant, the quality of steaks offered here are second to none.
What sets your company apart from your competitors?
Elements Steakhouse and Lounge offers organic prime cuts of Black Angus meats. Our choice of supplier was made after searching the tristate area for quality and consistency. The supplier that was chosen actually does DNA tests on its cattle to ensure that quality is maintained. Executive Chef Evan Victor joined the team, and brought his expertise to the kitchen. Evan has studied under world renowned Chef Todd English.
What would a referral say about your company?
Many customers return time after time with nothing but praise.We have been told that our steaks are the best this side of the Hudson. Elements Steakhouse and Lounge strives to offer something that no one else in the area offers.
Which industry leader would you like to meet and why?
Always been a fan of Chef Ramsey, prior to his commercial success in the United States. He has some of the best restaurants in the United Kingdom. I like his style, passion, and out-of-the-box thinking.
