Karolyn Wray Named Resources Real Estate Relocation Manager
Karolyn Wray has joined Resources Real Estate as the Relocation Manager for the company’s global relocation department. Wray brings a wealth of experience to her new position.
Karolyn joins Resources Real Estate to provide professional, discreet and knowledgeable assistance with individual and corporate relocations in and out of Monmouth County, New Jersey. Resources Real Estate helps corporations in other areas place members of their workforce who would prefer to live within a commutable distance to NYC or Northern New Jersey, but at the same time want to live in one of the most beautiful places in the Northeast at the beginning of the New Jersey coastline.
Monmouth County, with its beautiful combination of ocean beaches, rivers, woodlands, coupled with downtown areas filled with great restaurants, theater and music venues, makes Monmouth County a top choice for C-suite executives, doctors and investment bankers.
“Resources Real Estate has been assisting individuals and corporations with their relocations for almost twenty years. The relocation process can be stressful as a result and our highly trained relocation professionals are a much needed resource,” said Founder, Carolynn Diakon. “Karolyn is a welcome addition to this resource.”
Karolyn Wray has been in real estate since 1990 handling residential sales, management, corporate relocation and business development. She is very active with Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors (MORR) and is currently serving her second term on the Board of Directors. She has been chairing the By Laws Committee and serving on the Grievance Committee for several years. She was also appointed to MORR’s Strategic Planning Committee where the new name MORR was reborn.
Karolyn currently holds her CRP (Certified Relocation Professional with Worldwide ERC, Employee Relocation Council) and past GMS and appraisal certification.
“Resources Real Estate’s comprehensive relocation program provides white glove service to transferring families and individuals, our real estate partners around the globe, and third party relocation companies and corporations,” said Thomas McCormack, Managing Partner. “Karolyn Wray brings experience and expertise to our team.”
Karolyn is very involved in her community and serves on Sea Bright’s Unified Planning Board, Green Team Committee and Dune Planting Committee. She is also on the Executive Board of Kick Cancer OverBoard, an organization that raises funds to send families experiencing cancer treatments on free cruises to Bermuda.
“Resources Real Estate has personal referral relationships with the most respected brokers around the globe. Since we are a full-service independently owned real estate company - we answer only to our clients,” concluded Diakon.
