Resources Real Estate presents sales associates with the September Awards
Holmdel, NJ, November 8th, 2017 -- Resources Real Estate presented several sales associates with internal awards to honor their outstanding achievements during the month of September 2017. The company meeting took place on October 11th at Reserve at Holmdel, the Toll Brothers’ designed signature series of luxury estate homes.
Sales Associate Allison Gregory, who works in the Red Bank office, was named Agent of the Month. This award is given to an agent in recognition of his or her sales success in the previous month, including new listings, recent contracts and sold transactions, as well as past client recognition of their efforts, and other business-building activities. Allison’s total business for the month of September was $2,667,500, including $ 2,183,500 in sales closings and close to $1M in properties under contract. Allison, who is a member of Luxury Real Estate’s Board of Regents, also received the Regency Award for earning 73.5 agent points for the month of September.

The Top Listing Agent award for September was Gina Farkouh from the Rumson office, for the double listing of 111 and 113 River Street in Red Bank, NJ, totaling $918,000.
Sales Associate Tammy Brandise, also from the Rumson office, was presented with the Featured Luxury Agent award, which is an honor given to a sales associate active in the luxury market with a residential listing above $1 million. Tammy, a member of Luxury Real Estate’s Board of Regents, represents the five-bedroom, 10-bathroom waterfront home at 24 Gull Point Rd in Monmouth Beach, listed for $3,595,000.
The Rainmaker Award was given to William George from the Monmouth Beach office. This award is given to a sales associate for his or her efforts to build their business in an innovative or otherwise significant way. William used Resources Real Estate innovative VR technology to demonstrate Sunset Villas and promoted the showing via Facebook. Additionally, William organized a meeting for a relocation company, enabling that company to refer their clients to Resources Real Estate, a strategic step towards additional growth.
Sales Associate Jessica Hickey, from the Rumson office, was presented with the Significant Sale Award, an honor given to an agent for a sale of a single property above $2.5M. Jessica earned this honor for selling the estate at 12 Sheraton Lane in Rumson. The stunning 6,300+ square-foot custom-home sits on top of 1.68 beautiful acres, and was sold on September 5th for $3,305,000.
The Perseverance Award was given to Michele Coyle, also from the Rumson office. This award is presented to an agent who closes a transaction despite great challenges. Michele’s devotion and determination helped overcome various obstacles and achieve success for her clients.
Lastly, Carly York from the Atlantic Highlands office received the Team Spirit Award, given to a sales associate who extends him or herself to help colleagues and/or the company as a whole. Carly was nominated by JoAnn Kulat, the Office Manager at Resources’ Red Bank office, for her assistance with producing a property video.
