Oasis Backyard Farms
We are What We Eat
Where does your produce come from? How safe is it?
How nutritious is it for you and your family?
We started Oasis BackYard Farms 9 years ago because of our belief that growing organically ensures that what we eat is safe, healthy and delicious. Equally important is our ability to do all this using sustainable, environmentally friendly land care practices. You can have all this - healthy, fresh, delicious vegetables grown right in your own back yard. From your garden, to your own table. We’ve all heard the old adage ‘you are what you eat’, but have you ever stopped to think exactly how true that is? Put simply, healthy eating is the key to our well-being. What we consume affects every aspect of our being: mood, energy levels, food cravings, thinking capacity, sex drive, sleeping habits and general health.
